Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes — COD is available with a 30% advance payment at the time of ordering, and the remaining balance collected on delivery. COD orders are eligible for exchange or store credit only, not refunds.

Will my product look exactly like the one in the photos?

Because each one is handwoven and hand-finished rather than machine-printed, you may see very small natural variations in shade or weave from piece to piece — that's the mark of handcraft, not a flaw, and it's not grounds for exchange.
Can I cancel my order?
