Return & Exchange Policy
Refunds are only allowed if the product is wrongfully delivered, i.e. product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation, or if it has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.
The return is only applicable in case of a defect in our product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we need an opening video to confirm the defect is from our side, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
As a company policy we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold. All Exchanges are accepted with 7 days of after delivery.
Exchange/Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material, has ordered a wrong size or colour of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also call us to know more details about the product if needed.
Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes. There is bound to be variations in colour, finish and overall look. The colours you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.
10-15% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
Exchange/Return not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
Purchase made from SALE section and plus size, chanderi silk garment, chikankari and other made to order items are not eligible for any kind of return or exchange. All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable.
For international orders, there is no ‘Cancellation / Return / Exchange’ available.
Note: International order may incur additional import charges by foreign country’s government’s custom/relevant department if applicable in your country. This will not be charged by us. Though, usually there is no import charges for textiles.
